Posted 9/10/2026 Warranty Analyst #4604 Apply Now Location Springfield, MO Department Corporate Service Type Regular Share Share Job Description The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Warranty Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for processing Peterbilt, PACCAR, Cummins, Eaton, Caterpillar, and other manufacturer warranty claims for all TLG locations under the direction of an assigned Sr. Warranty Analyst. The Warranty Analyst plays a key role in ensuring claims are reviewed, submitted, tracked, and resolved accurately and efficiently while supporting dealership operations, maintaining strong communication with service teams, and helping maximize warranty recovery for the organization.

Career Development Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims for Peterbilt, PACCAR, Cummins, Eaton, Caterpillar, and other applicable manufacturers in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. Review repair orders, technician documentation, parts information, and supporting details to ensure claims are accurate, complete, and ready for submission. Submit, monitor, and follow up on warranty claims to help ensure timely payment, resolution of outstanding items, and reduction of claim delays or denials. Communicate with service departments, parts teams, and manufacturer representatives to gather required information and resolve warranty-related questions. Maintain organized warranty records, claim documentation, and reporting to support compliance, accuracy, and effective follow-through across all TLG locations. Work under the guidance of the Sr. Warranty Analyst to learn manufacturer requirements, support process consistency, and contribute to efficient warranty administration.
Qualifications:
Experience in related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrate basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and other internet-based programs.
