Banking, Insurance, Financial Services Description NJM is seeking a Litigation Claims Adjuster - Bodily Injury (Trial Prep Rep is the official NJM title). A Trial Prep Rep is responsible for appropriately managing and resolving litigation claims, which includes reviewing and analyzing newly assigned files, coordinating with defense counsel, attending court proceedings as necessary, and ensuring all actions are consistent with company guidelines and applicable law.Compensation:
This role may be filled at a Level II or Senior level based on skills, experience and credentials.Level II:
$67,542.80-$102,805.30 Sr.Level:
$84,609.85-$111,913.10Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare required reports necessary for evaluation and conclusion of litigated claims. Communicate effectively with trial counsel and attend legal proceedings as appropriate. Review, update, and evaluate assigned files on an ongoing basis with supervisor and establish reserves as necessary. Review and analyze newly assigned litigation files to determine appropriate action and additional investigation necessary.Required Qualifications:
2 years of prior bodily injury claims experience is required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively Technical aptitude, including a working knowledge with Microsoft Office Ability to think critically, use resources and seek answersCompensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.Pay Range:
