Job Description
Century Automotive Service Corporation, a Mapfre USA company, is growing—and we're looking for a Claims Payment Processor to join our team either remotely or in a hybrid capacity based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Century is a leading provider of extended warranty programs and finance & insurance (F&I) products, partnering with specialized agencies and dealerships across the United States. Work Schedule Training Schedule (8-10 Weeks) Monday through Friday
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM MT Regular Schedule (After Training) Monday through Friday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MT What You'll Do As a Claims Payment Processor, you will: Process claim reimbursement payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Review invoices to ensure pricing aligns with approved claim authorizations.
Verify all invoices contain required information, including appropriate signatures and documentation.
Communicate with dealerships and independent repair facilities to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Issue payments via check or credit card based on vendor payment preferences.
Maintain and distribute payment records, remittances, contracts, and supporting documentation.
Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records of contracts, repair orders, and payment files.
Respond to inquiries regarding claim payment status and assist customers, dealerships, and repair facilities with billing-related questions.
Collaborate with team members and support special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment processing, claims payments, accounts payable, or a related administrative function.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with claims, warranty, insurance, or automotive service-related payments.
Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater. Ideal Candidate Backgrounds Accounts Payable (AP) or Payment Processing
