Exciting Career Opportunity:
Personal Injury Intake Specialist Join a Leading Western New York Law Firm A well-established and rapidly growing law firm in Western New York is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join their team. This full-time position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong proficiency in computer systems, and a passion for providing outstanding client service. As a key member of our intake team, you will be responsible for managing the first point of contact with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of organizational skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to effectively navigate technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, ensuring an empathetic and professional experience. Complete detailed client intake questionnaires, accurately gathering essential information. Secure all necessary documentation to support client claims. Send retainer packets to potential clients and actively follow up to ensure their return. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the firm's case management system. Enter and update case-related information, including costs, in the firm's system. Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and case management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional, reliable, and empathetic when interacting with clients.
Compensation:
