Claim Support Analyst - US Healthcare We are looking for a detail-oriented US Healthcare Claim Support Analyst to manage medical insurance claims and support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. ???? Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and track medical insurance claims.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments.
- Identify and resolve denied, rejected, and pending claims .
- Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice) .
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and insurance representatives to resolve claim-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely claim submission within defined TATs .
- Maintain proper documentation and update claim status in the system.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets .
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, client SOPs, and industry standards .
