Assists insurance customers, answers questions and processes requests to change or cancel policies. May assist with insurance claims that are disputed, review claims and policy coverage and help to negotiate agreements between customers and an insurance company.

Job Description:
Manage manual claims process for entry into warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims.
Primary Duties:
Delivers a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently. Enters accurate, valid and complete information for warranty claims. Works with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing. Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Orders entry to provide support to other departments as needed. Assists with any clerical duties.
Job Requirements Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); Experience in customer service or a related field, HVAC industry experience helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Enter orders to provide support to other departments as needed. Process claims in high volume times. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer communication and customer service orientation Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Essential and Physical Functions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Some travel is expected.
