No weekends, consistent weekday hours Responsibilities As a Correspondence Representative , you will:

• Investigate and follow up on unpaid insurance claims over 120 days old
• Research reasons for non-payment and escalate issues when needed
• Communicate with insurance carriers, clinics, and patients
• Request additional documentation or retro authorizations when necessary
• Accurately log all actions and outcomes in our billing system
• Support other billing-related projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications What You Need to

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking, or healthcare ✔

Preferred Qualifications:
