Overview Join our dynamic team as a Title Insurance Processor, where your expertise will drive the seamless handling of real estate transactions. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing title insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout each step. Your attention to detail will help facilitate smooth property transfers, protect client interests, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Review and interpret title reports, legal documents, and property records to verify ownership and identify potential issues Prepare and process title insurance commitments, policies, and related documentation Collaborate with law offices, real estate agents, and clients to resolve discrepancies or title defects efficiently Maintain detailed records of all transactions, updates, and correspondence related to each case Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the title processing cycle Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with stakeholders and addressing inquiries promptly Experience Strong understanding of title insurance procedures Proficiency in research techniques using GIS technology and legal databases Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple files simultaneously Prior experience working within a law office or title agency is highly preferred Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values precision, transparency, and proactive problem-solving. Pay:
$51,644.93 - $62,196.04 per year
