The Private Client Claims Advocate serves as Brunswick's dedicated claims specialist, providing concierge-level support and advocacy throughout the claims process while partnering closely with our Account Executive team. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, adjusters, and service providers to ensure claims are handled promptly, professionally, and with the highest level of care. The Claims Advocate is responsible for delivering an exceptional claims experience, developing specialized claims expertise, strengthening carrier and vendor relationships, and continually improving Brunswick's claims processes. By assuming ownership of day-to-day claims management, this role allows our Account Executives to remain focused on client advisory, relationship management, and retention while ensuring clients receive dedicated support during one of the most important moments in their relationship with Brunswick.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Claims Advocacy & Client Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process. Receive, triage, and coordinate claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Educate clients on the claims process, establish expectations, and provide proactive claim updates. Advocate for clients by coordinating communication with carriers, adjusters, and service providers and assisting with escalated claim issues. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the life of every claim. Carrier & Vendor Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier claims representatives and trusted vendor partners. Coordinate vendor involvement during complex claims and identify quality resources for clients. Serve as Brunswick's primary liaison for claims-related carrier matters. Claims Expertise & Operational Excellence Develop advanced knowledge of carrier claims procedures and best practices. Assist Account Executives with claim-related coverage questions and strategy discussions. Identify claims trends and recommend operational improvements. Develop and maintain standardized claims workflows and client communication resources. Serve as a claims resource for the Private Client team. Documentation & Department Support Maintain complete and accurate Epic documentation and ensure agency documentation standards are met. Support reporting, quality control, and compliance initiatives. During lighter claims activity, assist the Service Team with workflow, documentation, administrative processing, and service initiatives. Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, departmental projects, and other operational priorities that support the evolving needs of the Private Client department.QUALIFICATIONS
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or ability to obtain and maintain licensure.
- Experience in personal lines claims, account management, or a related insurance role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Physical requirements: Prolonged periods working on a computer.
