Based out of our beautiful West Creek Office, located at 12580 West Creek Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23238.

Claims Process and Support Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Countryway of Virginia Farm Bureau is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The 鼎SR" handles windshield and towing claims, rental cars, claim dispatching, scheduling and processing salvage vehicles, medical bill processing, answers telephones, assists department with document processing and creation, and other duties necessary to serve customers and claimants.

Monday
•Friday 8:00am
•4:30pm, schedule supports a 37.5 hr work week Hybrid schedule is offered, after in office 6-month training period is completed.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Maintain the glass/ rental help desk.
Dispatch claims.
Evaluate and determine claim assignments.
Insure customers are receiving best possible customer service.
Verify and pay towing claims.
Set up car rentals with appropriate rental firms and pay rental invoices.
Follow up on rental vehicles with appraisers to terminate rentals on expiration date of repairs.
Maintain salvage programs and record/process salvage titles.
Assist entire unit with claim set-up, payments, mailings etc.
Back-up other personnel on all claim types (Auto Physical damage, Medical Management, Liability, Property) when required.
Process all types of claims as required.
Serve as a technical resource for other claim department personnel.
Process Medical Claims bills and invoices (ME, MP, No-Fault/PIP, etc.
Process incoming mail and messages.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Provide management reports as required
Assist with mail in the unit
Answer phones and back-up all other representatives
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous claims experience
MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with on-line and stand-alone computer systems
Proven customer service skills
Dependable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel)
High level of initiative/motivation
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able to multi-task, prioritize and organize with limited supervision
Ability to build rapport quickly

AIC Insurance courses
