We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Escalation Analyst to join a fast-paced Regulatory & Compliance team. In this role, you'll investigate customer disputes, conduct research, manage case resolutions, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. This position is ideal for candidates with intermediate experience in customer service, claims processing, insurance, banking, fraud, government services, legal support, or dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities Review and investigate customer disputes and compliance-related cases. Research information and gather supporting documentation to resolve issues. Communicate with consumers to obtain missing details when needed. Prepare case summaries, timelines, and responses for review. Determine whether disputes can be resolved internally or require escalation. Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements. Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service, claims, dispute resolution, or case-processing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:
Experience in insurance, banking, fraud, government services, credit reporting, legal support, or compliance. Previous escalations, investigations, claims, or dispute-resolution experience. Salesforce or case-management system experience. Paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus. Schedule & Work Environment Must be available for a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM or 6:30 PM (depending on start and break times). Initial training (approximately 3 weeks) may be onsite or remote depending on business needs. Hybrid flexibility may be earned based on performance and KPI achievement after training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
