Experienced Title Processor (Average-Volume) - Qualia Experience A MUST (In-Office Only in Daytona Beach) East Coast Title & Escrow is seeking a seasoned, high-performing Title Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, average-volume environment. This is a fully in-office position and is ideal for someone who takes ownership of files from contract to close, confidently resolves complex title issues, and communicates clearly with all parties involved. Salary plus closed file bonus and benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage an average volume of residential real estate transactions from opening through hand off to closer. 30-50 files in ongoing pipeline monthly. Review title commitments and identify, analyze, and clear complex title issues Coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings Prepare and review closing packages with precision and accuracy Maintain consistent, proactive communication throughout the transaction lifecycle Ensure all files meet compliance and underwriting requirements Qualifications Active Florida title producers license required - or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Proven experience handling high-volume title processing Strong ability to clear complex title defects (liens, judgments, probate issues, etc.) Excellent communication skills with a consistent, detail-oriented approach Proficiency in Qualia is required Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines What We're Looking For Someone who doesn't just process files, but owns them.
