This is a remote position based out of Oklahoma City and requires some travel. A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.
Essential Functions:
Tasks aimed at managing and filing medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims. Coordination with Healthcare Providers. Work closely with healthcare providers to obtain the necessary documentation, such as medical records and billing information. Communication with Legal Professionals Patient Support and record keeping Lien Filing Compliance and Policy Adherence Work collaboratively with other team members within the organization to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of lien management. Filing liens either in person or online is integral to this position. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Requirements A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required. High School or GED required. Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus. Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals. Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary. Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks. Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers. Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
