Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and litigation management as needed. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with Department of Insurance requirements and internal claim handling standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of coverage analysis, claim activity, and strategic decisions within the claims management system. Collaboration and Communication Serve as a key point of contact for clients, insureds, brokers, and defense counsel.
