Join our team as an Insurance Representative and help others obtain affordable health insurance! You'll receive hands-on guidance from experienced mentors at one of our Brookings, Huron, or Madison offices. What Does this position Look Like? It starts with training. We will work with you to get the study materials you need to pass your insurance exam! Network with business and individuals generating your own leads, creating new opportunities for yourself and Aflac. You'll work with a mentor before we set you on on your own! Connect with employees and cliental on a personal level, initialing possible life long bonds. Learn adaptive skills to individualistic behaviors with buyers, overcoming common sales obstacles and pain points. Support In-person and virtual sales presentations to local business owners. Provide distinguishable customer service, enrolling claims for employers/employees to support new and existing policyholders. Flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.
