Appraisal Support Representative First Acceptance Services Inc - 3.0 Nashville, TN Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Excel Computer literacy Basic math Research High school diploma or GED Data entry Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description SUMMARY Perform administrative activities as an integral part of the Appraisal Support Unit, providing necessary information and completing processes to determine the cost of damage to the vehicle/property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and follows-up on outstanding assignments. Maintains supplemental hot line. Sets reserves for Salvage and/or moves vehicles to Copart. Updates appraisal assignments and/or AS400 with updated information. Monitors the Claim Service Request System and inputs claims transactions. Reviews total loss report for open rental assignments. Opens, date stamps, and researches incoming mail. Processes underwriting requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or academic equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Requires computer literacy and the ability to learn software applications. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent data entry skills. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
