We are a Third-Party Administrator providing administrative services for clients based throughout the state of Texas. This position performs a variety of plan level support including plan set-up, plan document preparation, enrollment tasks, COBRA processing/administration and other general plan and claim processing services.

These tasks can range from routine clerical and data entry tasks to higher level processing and analysis. Additionally, this position is responsible for the setup of all client plans which includes the creation of plan documents and the enrollment of all plan participants. Finally, this position is also responsible for fielding approximately 20-25 incoming telephone inquiries per day. Typical calls from plan participants include requests for status of claim payments, account balances, password resets or debit card related inquires. The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenge of working in a small office of diverse people and functions. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
