This is a hunter's seat. You will prospect, quote, and close new business, and you will be paid for every win. If you love the close and you want a long runway instead of a revolving door, read on.

What you will do:

Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and your own pipeline Quote and close auto, home, and life policies Build and own your book of business Hit monthly production targets and earn uncapped commission on top of your base What you will earn: Competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission on every policy you write Monthly production bonuses and performance kickers Paid training and full licensing support so you start earning fast Schedule and culture: We run a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with paid time off.
