We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to maximize their earning potential in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be responsible for prospecting, marketing, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales while overcoming objections with confidence. With a competitive base salary plus commission, earning potential ranges from $40,000 to $75,000 per year —your success is in your hands. Salary Range:

Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and marketing efforts. Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to assess coverage requirements. Deliver compelling presentations and overcome objections with confidence. Close sales and provide excellent service to build long-term client relationships. Focus on resales and referrals to continuously expand your book of business.
