Job Overview Join a Top 1% Farmers Insurance Agency! We're a high-performing, energetic team located in a vibrant office environment and we're growing! As a Farmers Presidents Council Agency, we're proud to rank among the top 1% of agencies nationwide. We're looking for a Business Insurance Specialist to promote our business insurance products and deliver an exceptional client experience to existing clients. In this role, you'll will connect with prospective and existing clients through cold calling, networking, and service interactions, educate them on their insurance options, and build lasting relationships.
What You'll Do:
Proactively identify and recruit new business insurance clients Guide clients through their insurance choices with clarity and confidence Leverage our established sales and service strategies to meet and exceed goals Proactively service and retain existing clients

Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements After applying, please check your email for a short assessment to complete. •

•A Property & Casualty license is required. Business Insurance Sales experience preferred. Career minded vision.

Responsibilities Meet weekly sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, cross selling/upselling, networking, and generating referrals. Meet monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales activity and prospecting records. Accurately prepare proposals and guide prospects and clients through their insurance choices. Strictly adhere to carrier underwriting guidelines Effectively onboard new business insurance accounts.. Consistently and promptly service clients while accurately documenting service interactions. Recognize client shopping behaviors and implement retention systems. Professionally represent agency to prospects and our community.
