We're seeking a Insurance Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound client interactions, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to the agency's overall growth. This in-office role combines customer service and sales, where you will manage a high volume of inbound calls, provide support, and naturally transition conversations into coverage recommendations. This is a role with consistent lead flow and a structured environment designed for success.
