Responsibilities:

Connect with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities Provide excellent customer service Help meet agency sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Must be comfortable making outbound calls Prior insurance sales experience is helpful, not required P&C, life, health licenses required Licensing reimbursement available after successful completion
