  • State Farm Agency, located in Tempe, AZ has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria: 1. Must have an ACTIVE Property and Casualty insurance license 2. Must be bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English 3. Must be willing to commute to our Temple, AZ office location, this is an in-house position. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification What we provide Hourly Base plus Commission and Bonus Health Allowance Retirement Plan Match (up to 1k per year) Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English required Property & Casualty license required Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Series 6 Securities Sales license (must be able to obtain) Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills
