Tucson, Arizona We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team and drive new business growth. In this role, you will be the face of AALL Insurance, helping customers navigate their insurance needs and providing them with the best coverage options at the most competitive rates. Responsibilities Drive Sales:
Actively sell personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, SR-22) to meet and exceed monthly production goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead Management:
Follow up on inbound leads, walk-ins, and referrals with urgency to convert prospects into long-term policyholders.
Consultative Selling:
Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate coverage limits and deductibles, ensuring a "perfect fit" for every client.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional service by assisting with policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries to maintain high retention rates.
Daily Operations:
Handle premium payments, process policy documentation accurately, and utilize comparative rating software to provide fast, competitive quotes.
Community Engagement:
Assist in local marketing efforts and promotional events to build brand awareness for the AALL branch.
Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to insurance industry regulations and company underwriting guidelines.
Experience & Requirements Sales Driven:
Proven experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment.
Licensing:
An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple, relatable language.
Bilingual Advantage:
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable and often essential for serving our local communities effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Ability to quickly learn agency management systems and navigate multiple software windows simultaneously.
Resilience:
A positive, "never-give-up" attitude with the ability to handle objections and turn "no" into "yes."
Pay:
From $41,000.00 per year
