Licensed Insurance Agent

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by analyzing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses navigate their insurance options while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role. Responsibilities Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and claims processes. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Assist clients with benefits administration and policy renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is desirable. A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. Prior experience in outside sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
