ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2007 and is a close-knit team of four focused on strong performance and great customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an industrial engineer for an oil company, bringing a problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic into the business. We stay involved in the community through local events, sponsoring high school tennis, and participating in charity golf outings. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative•State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Hopkins•State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
