Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales administration. Duties:

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing applications, policy changes, and claims
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand the client base
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
• Communicate effectively with clients in a multilingual setting, particularly in Spanish
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
