Job Description

About the Position We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Vehicle Insurance Agent/Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting, selling, and servicing vehicle insurance policies while building lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping clients find the right coverage while working in a supportive and relaxed office environment. Responsibilities Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial vehicle insurance policies. Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities. Negotiate policy options and present tailored insurance solutions. Process applications, policy changes, endorsements, and other service requests. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and claims support. Collaborate with team members to improve customer retention and agency growth. Stay informed about industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements. Meet or exceed established sales and retention goals. Requirements Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and agency management software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Previous insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus.
