Responsibilities Quote and sell Personal and Commercial Insurance products Follow up with new leads and existing clients Review customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Build and maintain strong client relationships Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best options for clients Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with policy changes, renewals, and customer service requests Meet individual and team production goals

REQUIREMENTS
Insurance sales experience preferred Active California Property & Casualty License preferred but not required Candidates willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License will also be considered Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented mindset and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and strong work ethic Daiy Lunch Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related sectors. Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly. Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for serving diverse communities. Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration practices. Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products actively. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering personalized support.
