Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish Speaking) Duarte, CA 91010 From $17.50 an hour - Full-time From $17.50 an hour - Full-time About Us Aster National Insurance Group is a growing insurance agency based in Duarte, CA. We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven professionals who want to build a career in insurance. Position Overview We're seeking a Spanish Speaking Insurance Sales Agent to develop new business, serve clients, and grow a book of business. Licensed candidates are preferred, but we will consider unlicensed applicants who bring solid insurance sales experience. This is a fully on-site role, so we're looking for candidates with a manageable daily commute to our Duarte office. Compensation & Schedule $17.50 per hour + Commission Full-time, 40 hours per week Daily start time: 8:00 AM | M-F 30-minute paid lunch break Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Quote, present, and close policies Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Keep accurate records and follow agency and regulatory procedures Qualifications Insurance sales experience required (licensed or unlicensed) Active CA insurance license a plus; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Duarte office daily Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Standard AMS software) Strong communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Spanish Speaking How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
