We will pay for your licensing requirements. Earn uncapped commission. Responsibilities Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products such as life, health, auto, or home insurance Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up activities Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during client interactions Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively Familiarity with insurance sales processes and benefits administration is preferred Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual Spanish proficiency, are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices is advantageous Previous experience in sales administration or related roles will support success in managing client records and documentation Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping individuals protect what matters most!
