Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Health Insurance Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Life & Health Insurance License required. Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience. Proven track record of successful insurance sales. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Coachable and committed to continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Consistently achieving sales and production goals. Building long-term relationships based on trust and service. Delivering personalized insurance solutions that meet client needs. Contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Generate and follow up on sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and other lead sources. Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close new business. Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate protection as their needs evolve. Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and risk management strategies. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
