Job Details Compensation:
Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and sales incentives.Schedule:
Full-time availability required.Training:
Fully paid training provided. No prior insurance experience required.Licensing:
We cover licensing, exam fees, renewals, and provide support throughout the process. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone. Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals. Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals. Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads. Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting. Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships. Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork. Open and close the office as needed and maintain a clean, professional work environment. Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines. Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to a team environment. Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check. Benefits Paid licensing, exam fees, and license renewals.
