Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable insurance agency to find their next Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a current Property & Casualty license (or be in the process of obtaining one), and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients while assisting them with their insurance needs.
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Compensation:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2 Opportunities for bonuses and commissions
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Qualifications:
Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) Previous insurance agency experience preferred Life and Health License preferred but not required Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable demeanor High school diploma or GED required
Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
Assist clients with new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Answer client questions regarding coverage options and policy details Process applications, policy updates, and insurance documentation Generate insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations Maintain accurate client records and agency databases Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide exceptional service Work closely with insurance carriers and underwriters as needed Support agency growth through relationship building and client retention efforts Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
