Insurance Sales Producer Location:

Whether you're already licensed or looking to grow your insurance career, we'll provide the coaching, support, and opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, community events, and marketing.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts with additional insurance products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before and after the sale.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work with an energetic, supportive team focused on winning together. What We're Looking For
