Here are some questions you might have: 1) Do I need insurance experience or a license? No. We train you from day one and walk you through getting your California license. We reimburse your licensing costs. 2) Do I need sales experience? It helps! If you've worked in a call center, car sales, retail, restaurants, a gym, solar, or a bank, you already have skills that carry over. 3) Will I have to find or buy my own leads? Never. We provide them. 4) Is this commission-only? Not at all. You start at $18/hour (about $36,000 a year), plus a monthly commission of 2% to 6% of the premium you sell, plus bonuses. 5) What can I expect to make?
