The Insurance Producer will be responsible for prospecting, contacting potential customers, conducting insurance reviews, preparing quotes, and selling auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance products. Responsibilities include generating leads through phone calls, referrals, networking, and marketing activities; following up with prospective clients; identifying customer needs; presenting insurance solutions; maintaining customer relationships; and meeting agency sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment. Previous sales, insurance, banking, real estate, mortgage, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. A California Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred; however, qualified candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply. This position offers hourly compensation, commission opportunities, performance bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing insurance agency.
