Salary Range:

$65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Licensing assistance Leads provided Monthly Employee Appreciation Lunch Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. An active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. We will be willing to help license the right talent. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
