I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. I've been with State Farm since 2013 and opened my agency on January 1, 2018. My wife and I have been married for six years, and we have two sons who keep life busy and fun. We stay actively involved in the community, including donating over 500 backpacks to a local elementary school, handing out flowers on Mother's Day, and helping educate the community on insurance. I'm passionate about helping customers identify gaps in coverage and protect what matters most. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Yama Ebrat - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS
