Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions. As a key representative of our agency, you will be responsible for servicing existing. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is driven to achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and expert insurance advice. Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through ongoing communication and support. Process policy changes, handle claims inquiries, and resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Meet individual and agency sales service standards.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Must obtain Property & Casualty license prior to employment. Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
