Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance Agency WAWA Insurance Agency | Walnut, CA WAWA Insurance Agency is an established independent insurance agency serving Southern California families and businesses for more than 30 years. We are looking for an experienced Property & Casualty insurance professional to join our team and take ownership of both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, quoting new business, servicing existing accounts, solving coverage issues, and managing accounts from start to finish. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for our Personal Lines clients Quote and bind new Personal Lines business, including home, auto, umbrella and related coverages Handle renewals, remarketing, endorsements, billing questions, underwriting requests and general policy servicing Review coverage and identify opportunities to improve or cross-sell client accounts Assist with Commercial Lines quoting and servicing, including BOP, GL, commercial property, workers' compensation and commercial auto Communicate directly with clients, carriers and underwriters to resolve issues Follow up on pending items and take ownership of accounts through completion Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems Work closely with agency owners and other team members on more complex accounts What We're Looking For California Property & Casualty license Prior experience working in a P&C insurance agency strongly preferred Experience with Personal Lines required; Commercial Lines experience strongly preferred Comfortable both quoting new business and servicing existing accounts Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Able to work independently, solve problems and follow through without constant supervision Comfortable learning and working with multiple carrier systems and agency technology Mandarin-speaking strongly preferred due to our client base Life & Health license is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on insurance experience and licensing Commission and bonus opportunities Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Continuing education and licensing reimbursement Additional compensation opportunities for new business production Schedule & Location Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM On-site at our Walnut, CA office About the Role Our team members aren't limited to a narrow set of responsibilities.
