Negotiate policy terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with company standards. Identify upselling opportunities to expand existing client accounts and increase overall sales revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. Skills Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives.
