Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable life and property and casualty insurance policies. Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while adhering to insurance regulations. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, ongoing client communication, and benefits administration support. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product updates to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance. Collaborate with team members to streamline the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales roles within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex policy details clearly and confidently. Familiarity with insurance knowledge including property casualty, life insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities.
