INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls in a timely manner and gather information from prospective clients. Effectively cold call, build rapport, and close the deal. Cross-sell existing book of business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate initiative and strong multi-tasking skills are a must. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and multitask within multiple quoting systems using computer applications required. Confident self-starter who works well in a call center and team environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus! Must be fluent, speaking, reading, and writing. Ability to work a schedule that requires rotating weekends and non-standard hours, multiple schedules are available and are based on meeting the needs of the business. Creates insurance proposals; makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business. Complete and submit applications and related documentation to appropriate insurance markets.
