Must have Personal Lines or P&C licensed Previous customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable. A positive and inviting attitude towards customers and colleagues. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Identify cross-sell opportunities. Assisting customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records. Collaborating with team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance policies that meet their unique needs.
