Commercial Lines Account Manager Location:
Offices in Cheshire, CT, Thornwood, NY, Kingston, NY, Waterford, CT, or Enfield, CT (depending on commute) We are partnered with a highly respected and growing insurance organization seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This opportunity is open to both experienced Account Managers and Senior Account Managers looking to take the next step in their careers. What You'll Do Manage and service a book of Commercial Lines insurance accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and policy servicing needs Process endorsements, certificates, renewals, audits, and policy changes Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and producers Review coverage needs and identify opportunities to enhance client protection Coordinate renewals and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the policy lifecycle Support account retention efforts through proactive communication and service Maintain accurate account documentation and records within the agency management system Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support client growth and satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty License required Experience managing commercial insurance accounts and servicing client needs Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy servicing Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills Construction industry account experience is highly preferred for senior-level consideration High school diploma required; college degree preferred Why Join This Organization? 8:30 AM - 4:30
PM Friday:
