Requirements:

Active Personal Lines or P&C license required Spanish bilingual is a plus High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred or in progress) Strong work ethic and reliability Solid computer, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with strong time management and decision-making abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who thrives independently and in a team setting Positive, motivated attitude

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to grow the agency Sell auto and personal lines insurance while delivering excellent service Educate clients on auto, home, and renters coverage options Service existing accounts and support informed customer decisions Identify cross-selling opportunities Conduct policy reviews and update coverage as needed
