State Farm Agent Team Member Responsibilities Provide customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Experience in meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Communication skills
written, verbal and listening Able to learn computer functions Provide activity reports to agent Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education Bilingual
English and Spanish preferred Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am
