Integro Health Solutions is seeking ambitious, motivated, and professional Bilingual Health Insurance Agents (English/Spanish) to join our rapidly growing organization. We are building a high-performance sales team focused on execution, professionalism, technology, and long-term growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Speak with prospective clients in both English and Spanish Conduct full sales conversations and enrollment discussions in Spanish Educate individuals and families on their healthcare coverage options Assist clients with ACA, U65, and Private Medical health insurance solutions Build trust and long-term relationships with consumers Guide clients through the enrollment process Maintain accurate records within our CRM platform Follow up with prospective clients and drive sales activity

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Comfortable conducting sales presentations and enrollment conversations in Spanish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, reliable, and coachable Sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience preferred Motivated by performance, competition, and financial growth Positive attitude and strong work ethic

HIGHLY PREFERRED

Health insurance experience ACA Marketplace experience Private Medical experience U65 health insurance experience Active Florida 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License Experience utilizing CRM and dialer platforms
