About the Role Worxweb Solutions is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a well-established healthcare organization in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on assisting individuals with Affordable Care Act enrollments, educating clients on supplemental insurance options, and delivering a high standard of service throughout the process. This position offers a stable hourly base combined with a per-enrollment bonus, making it one of the stronger compensation structures available in ACA sales. It is well-suited for licensed agents with experience in ACA, Medicare, or final expense who want consistent income with meaningful upside. An active health insurance license and a 2026 FFM Marketplace Certification are required to be considered for this role. What You Will Do Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding health insurance coverage options. Assist clients with ACA plan enrollments accurately and efficiently. Educate clients on supplemental insurance products that may complement their coverage. Maintain accurate and compliant enrollment records on every interaction. Provide professional, patient, and client-focused service throughout the enrollment process. What We Are Looking For Active health insurance license is required (TX/ FL + 4 other states). 2026 FFM Marketplace Certification is required. Experience with ACA plan enrollments is strongly preferred. Background in insurance sales including ACA, Medicare, or final expense is a plus. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a consistent focus on accuracy and compliance. Compensation Base pay of $25.00 per hour. Per-enrollment bonus of $5 on every completed enrollment. Earning potential reaches six figures for agents who maintain strong enrollment volume. The hourly base provides income stability while the per-enrollment bonus rewards production directly.
